Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)

TRACE structures the scope of environmental assessments to ensure we satisfy the end needs & objectives of our clients; utilising the latest technologies. Whilst conducting these in accordance with EPA & National guidelines, we translate technical data into commercial terms that clients can understand and utilise.

Soil & Waste Classification & Disposal

Not all contaminated soil constitutes waste. The TRACE team has a high level of expertise in beneficial soil reuse & waste management strategies, to achieve significant reductions in waste disposal & management costs. In addition to substantial experience in regulatory compliance, we have collectively saved clients tens of millions of dollars in disposal costs.

Remedial Action Plans (RAP)

A poorly prepared RAP locks you into a less than ideal remediation strategy that can cost you time and money. Whilst only a small cost to prepare, a well-prepared RAP will pay for itself many times over. TRACE does not take shortcuts, ensuring you understand the cost implications of what you are committing to, and how the strategy will work for your project.

Health & Ecological Risk Assessments

Hazardous Materials Surveys (HAZMAT)

Hazardous Building Materials Surveys (Hazmats) are undertaken to identify potential hazardous materials within site structures, to protect the health of workers, building occupants or the environment. They consist of a visual inspection, collection of representative samples of building materials, and/or field testing to identify any hazardous materials present.
